1. Is there a specific browser that I need to use?

Our website works on major browsers. For a better user experience, we recommend using these browsers, Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera etc.

2. How to get back to the homepage?

Click the sakura logo on the top left corner to redirect you to the homepage. 

3. What payment methods can we use in Sakura?
▽

We have four payment methods: PayPal, credit-card, Sakura E-wallet and Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. There are times I cannot see Cash on Delivery method?
▽

Some areas are not covered by our Cash on Delivery payment option.

5. How can I withrdaw my earnings?
▽

On the Sakura E-wallet page, click the withdraw button and enter your bank details. Withdrawals above 5000 PHP are free of charge.

6. Can I Cancel An Order?
▽

Yes, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

7. Can I use this service without internet?
▽

Sakura is an online marketplace. In order to use the service, you have to be connected to the internet.

8. I am seeing "Location is not covered by our pickup service" what does it mean?
▽

Sakura's pickup service is only limited to some areas.

9. I Cannot See the Status Of My Order?
▽

Please confirm to the seller about your order status using our messaging feature. Seller needs to put the tracking number of orders so that you can view the status.

10. How Can I Return an Item and get a refund?
▽

If you have problems with the items you received, please do not click the "Order Received" button and contact us ASAP. If no reports are received within a week after the delivery, payments will be sent to the seller and we can no longer process a refund.

For Buyers


1. Are there any charges to use Sakura to purchase products?

No, Sakura is 100% free for buyers to utilize. No subscription fees and no commissions to buy on Sakura

2. Can I buy and sell on Sakura using the same account / user ID?
▽

Yes. Once you register as a new user, you can buy and sell from the same account. 

3. When can a transaction be cancelled?
▽

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled directly through Sakura. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact the Seller directly.

4. How long will it take to Receive The Items After I Make a Payment?
▽

It usually takes 3-7 business days. ( Delays may occur in some areas affected by the pandemic).

5. How can I contact the seller for more product information?
▽

You can contact the seller using the "message seller" button below the product that you want to purchase.

6. What Payment Methods Available On Sakura?
▽

You can pay for the items using Paypal, Credit Card, Cash on Delivery (COD), Pay Maya and Sakura E-wallet.

For Sellers


1. How do I get started as a Seller?

Once you register as a new user you can start buying and selling to Sakura.

2. How to Post an Ad To Sakura?
▽

Click "Post your add" or the camera icon if you are using the website and the plus (+) icon for mobile application. Upload good photos of your item and write the necessary information like product name, price, condition, shipping amount etc.

3. What If the Buyer Left Negative Feedback?

Feedback is how a buyer feels about the results of a transaction. What we can recommend is to resolve the issue with the buyer. Once the problem has been resolved, ask him/her to contact us to remove the negative feedback.

4. How much does it cost to become a seller on Sakura?

Sakura is 100% FREE to use, no strings attached.

5. What happens if the buyer does not press the receive button?
▽

If the buyer does not click the "Receive" button within 7 days, the payment will be automatically sent to the seller.

6. What type of products cannot be listed on Sakura?
▽

All kinds of products are acceptable on our list. But be sure that the product is legal and working to avoid bad image on your account. Buyers can post evaluation on your account to avoid future scam or fraud.

7. Is There Any Limitation On the quantity of Items That I Can Post On Your Website?

No. You can post as many items as you want. Our website wants to help sellers to find buyers, to make profits and to track the number of gains and loss on their account.
